Mother’s Day is an occasion which is celebrated to express respect, honor and love towards mothers. It is an event to honor the contribution of mothers, acknowledge the efforts and the role of mothers in our society, especially in education.

Mothers play the main role of educators in child’s early life and as children get older they are still at the heart of their children’s education.  The way a child develops can be largely attributed to the role that their parents play in their lives. This started off with how mothers can naturally attune to their children and can recognize their learning styles. As we know children have different learning styles. Some are logical learners, visual learners, auditory learners, kin-aesthetic learners and even combination of those learning types. Mothers innately know what they need and how to help them learn in the way that is best for them.

Not only academically, mothers also teach and demonstrate valuable life tools such as compassion, love, enthusiasm, charity, kindness and so many more. Education also includes learning how to react in life and, how to treat other people and how to love oneself and others. We can say that mothers are the main teachers when it comes to the tools their children will carry trough life with them. Mothers are the roots that support and help younger children to grow and connect with the society.
